Re: OBC and 2ga wire
That would be a Sepex..... That is why you have a Run/Tow switch also. You need to run both the black 10g wire and the grey "sense" wire from the back of the charger receptacle directly to the pack negative battery post or better for the black wire is to B- (this will allow your Powerdrive to run in manual mode until you get a new charger to meet your needs). You also need to connect the Blue and White wires together on the Harness side of the OBC 6-pin connector with a paperclip or stiff piece of wire if this will be a permanent fix. You can also cut and butt connect them together is you prefer.

Re: OBC and 2ga wire
If you run the Black wire to B- you have then bypassed the OBC and it is not controlling your charger anymore. It will start as soon as it is energized and it will not stop until you manually stop it. (The black wire completed the Neg side of the circuit and therefor it is no longer going thru the OBC. The grey wire goes to pack Neg and is for the "sense" wire for the relay in the charger and will not be needed once you get a new charger so it can them be removed.)
Jumpering the Blue and White wires are to prevent controller lockout. |

Re: OBC and 2ga wire
I can cut the wires from the port and move them to B-. Right?
Then just cut blue and white from the plug and splice them to each other. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk |

If you decide to permanently remove it, we have to do a couple things to ensure you get the cable replaced and can make some permanent connections that will remove the connections from the Battery Neg and place them back at B- on the controller. |
