Needing some touch-up paint
I'm in need of some EZGO RXV Inferno Red touch-up paint. Does anyone know what auto manufacture color this is a match with?

Re: Needing some touch-up paint
One of the EZGO reds matches exactly with a dodge factory color. I will look at the can when I get to the shop and give you the number. It came from Advance or Autozone and was WAY less expensive than the EZGO version which has some ridiculous price.

Re: Needing some touch-up paint
It was Dupli color PR4, Flame Red. It was a perfect match for txt red factory body, but it may not have been inferno red. These come from Advance Auto Parts and come is small spray can and touch-up pens.
Someone told me that most, if not all, EZGO colors are standard Chrysler/Jeep Colors that you can get in most auto parts stores. However, that was in the context of TXT's, I am not sure if it holds true for RXV's. Coincidentally, Chrysler also has colors named Inferno Red and Patriot Blue and dupli color sells touch-up products that are an exact match. My guess is that all ezgo colors are some flavor of Chrysler colors. |

Re: Needing some touch-up paint
I will pass on if I find a match. I just don't have a lot of free time at the moment to put into it.

Re: Needing some touch-up paint
Most of the color code I have seen are Chrysler or Ford. Don't have the codes but know the bright blue is Viper Blue(C), The not quite as bright is Electric Blue(C) and the darker is Patriot Blue(F).,

Re: Needing some touch-up paint
Ok I got the touch-up paint in and tried it out. To me it seems a little redder then the Inferno Red that in on the RXV. But saying that the cart is seven years old and has been out in the sun. I would really like to have a new cart and compare the touch-up paint to it.
