05 bad boy buggy classic help needed

A friend asked me to help with his bad boy buggy classic 48v 4x4. It stopped charging through the port, so he charges manually. He replaced the controller last year through the dealer($2000). The cart has a field retrofit conver atop the controller which controls charging and also controls throttle and drive function (auto braking switch, 4x4 auto/on, forward/reverse switch). Cart was operating fine and while pulling a load one day (tree) the cart stopped operating. He dropped it off to me and i charged the batt pack to 50v. Turn the cart on and get the main 225v solenoid to click and hold. Switch to forward and get another click from one of the other solenoids. Depress the pedal and get multiple contactors falling in and out with no movement either direction. Im getting 5v at top on the accelerator and a steady drop off with downward motion. Im just not sure what to look for with the contactors dropping in/out constantly. Any help is appreciated.
