Angry Shuttle 6 Charge Interlock fault

I have a 2018 Shuttle 6 TXT 72v will not go reader shows Charge Interlock Fault, I have replaced the Charger (72v,QUIQ,ICON,ONBOARD) Replaced the controller (Curtis 1236-6404 72v) and still get the error. I am at a lost on what else could be causing this issue any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have a schematic for your cart, but I suspect the fault you are getting indicates the voltage from the charger port. or on-board charger to the controller is missing.

Typically, there is a voltage fed from the on-board charger or the charger port that enables the controller when not on charge. When the batteries are being charged, that voltage is missing and the controller is disabled so the cart cannot be driven while on charge.

Pack voltage.

Pack voltage on that wire enables controller.

Fortunately, in very general terms, most EZGO carts have similar run requirements, so sometimes we luck out even without a schematic.

Glad to hear you found the problem and fixed it.

Thanks for the feedback.

That was one incredibly expensive pinched wire! Controller & charger should have cost you $2500 retail.
