Install a new motor and still doesn't want to run, any ideas.

Going to need more background information on this unit,
When did the problem start ? what was the initial problem
what kind of controller etc.
there are wiring diagrams available on this site to help .
Does it click when you hit the gas pedal ?
Batteries good ? fully charged ?
