Cart “driving” itself in forward/reverse
1989 marathon EzGo cart started “going” without pushing the pedal. Even in the off position and without a key. If we turn the handle to forward it just moves on it’s own. Same in reverse. Have to keep it in neutral to keep it from going on it’s own. Thinking it’s an easy fix but not sure what to look for. Any help or parts suggestions welcome

Main solenoid is probably stuck closed or the activation circuit has a faulty switch. Pull the one of small wires off the solenoid and see if it quits moving. If yes you need to find the bad switch. If no, replace the solenoid.
