Re: 2002 DS Lift Kit Question
Looks nice! I like the white letters. Tried to paint my tire letters on but they've since faded.

How did the 25" tires fit under the Jake's 6" lift?? Wanting to go this route too but would like feedback before springing for the tires.

Awesome. Thanks. I'm looking at a set of Duro 25x8 12 tires that I'd like to fit with a 6" lift. Hoping yours work out!!

Re: 2002 DS Lift Kit Question
I did the Jakes 6" Double A Arm Lift with 25x8x12 with Kenda BearClaws. Easy install but well worth it. I love it.

Re: 2002 DS Lift Kit Question
Hey yall.since we are talkn lift kits here, ive looked n looked and ..... i like the looks of both 7.5AS SS lift. But as far as price the MADJAX 6" double a arm looks very eye appealing to me. Besides the 1.5" is there a great difference between the two.?

Quote:
I never installed a Jake's A-arm, but I have installed the SS 7.5 on my buddies cart, the ongoing problem he had with his SS 7.5 was, the lower bushing (billet aluminum) on the drivers side heim joint kept wearing out! (Left) worn one... (Right) new one click pic to enlarge 002.JPG Jake's and MadJax don't have those bushing for any of the 4 Heim joints! I just bought a MadJax 3 1/2" a-arm lift, to replace my Jake's 3" spindle lift, and like Rose88... I'm still waiting for the weather to improve a bit to install it! It seems to be a very well built lift, and it was the minimal lift that I wanted, and yes... the price was right! Again, Jake's, and All Sports a-arms are great lifts! but, the MadJax lifts aren't so bad either! The choice is yours! |
