Default G1 shooting gas out

g1 will not rev to high rpm and sputters at low rpms opened her up pressed the gas to have fuel flowing out the overflow tube on carb?
cleaned her up and same problems? I am new at the carb thing so not sure on the proper names or components
.

Sounds like your float is too high or the needle and seat aren't holding the fuel back when closed.
