Pull the fuel line off the carb, hit the pedal just enough to spin it over a couple times, fuel should spurt out of the line. Can run it into a bottle or something.

Most will spurt on every revolution on the starter, though it does not take much fuel really to make it run. It may do less when the tank is low because it gets below the pump and it has to work harder. If you ever run out of fuel fill it up over the pump level to make it prime faster. Check your lines for cracks including the pulse line.

Yeah I think I might have found my promblem the carb bowl was slightly off and while I had it off it leaked on my hand and I realized the gasket was bad so I fix that I'm am also changing all the lines with new ones because they were getting hard and stiff
