I just put on the same lift, and went with 12's and 23x10.5 Duro Deserts.

Check out Plowmans to pep up your stock engine and driven clutch.

Dave how do those duro deserts ride? Are they nice and smooth at high speeds on pavement? I've got some Sahara classics and they don't seem to be round.

I had 22" DD's for 5 yrs and they were great tires--good off road and smooth/quiet on pavement. That's why I got these when I upgraded the lift and wheels. I haven't got many miles on the 23's, but I expect they will perform as well. The 23's have a directional arrow on the sidewall. The 22's did not.

Just a observation.....tires that look real aggressive and have fewer big tread blocks (lugs) with large voids between them were designed for off road and will not ride as smooth on road as tires with smaller voids between the blocks. They look very cool but ride will suffer on smooth surface.

There is a very popular tire brand that we use on 4x4's that work very well off road but ride horrible on the street.... they even make tires I have seen on carts here. If you want a smoother ride on smooth trails and roads just pick a tire with smaller voids between the tire lugs. If you are "going for the "killer look" then expect a little "out of round" feel to the ride on it.

Thanks--it's a Jakes Double A lift. The new tires do fine on pavement. Not noisy or rough riding.

Radials will be smoother and more round and balanced but you pay for it, most of the UTV tires are radial. Most use the desert style tires for on road, they look like a mud truck tire or pretty much the most aggressive tire used on a road vehicle.

Kind of looks like an allsports lift but not sure. Does look nice.

Ya those tires with big lug voids work best clearing mud/ snow from the tires. The rear tires on my Bull are made for turf and I expect if we use it in the mud much I'll be looking for better tires for mud 'cause I know they will pack up bad! Even my fronts are "turf rated" and may pack up but I do not expect as bad as the rears....?
