Increase Speed
I have a 48 volt 2007 electric golf cart. What is a simple and CHEAP way to increase speed? even if only by 5mph. I believe I have a Sepex controller.

Re: Increase Speed
Depends on the unit. Bigger tires of course but that sacrifices torque. Reprogram the controller if it's not already maxed out. Or install a high speed gear set into the rear axle if you have mechanical ability.

Re: Increase Speed
It's a ruff n tuff. It's got a controller from China. Think it was meant to look like a Curtis Sepex. Can that be programmed?
