Default Skylar EV

Ive got a skylar EV sitting in the garage to be repaired. Apparently got swamped or flooded..
Anyone know anything about these or where i could find a service manual.

No power to the key switch. I can jump power to it and the cart will move. I need to know if its supplied from the controller. If so im thinking its contoller is no good.
