I am sorry to hear that, I recently done that job for a client and charged him 150 for all, so 100 labor is quite right but also it depends where did he get the bearings from.
The good thing is that you had help the economy and your diff is up an running ok!!!

I have the same problem. Where do you get the bearings and caps?
