CV joint match for Bad Boy Buggy
Need a CV joint, A-arm bushings and ball joints (for the struts) for 2009 Bad Boy Buggy. Now I am aware that they are not making parts for this rig anymore, so my question is has anyone found any matches from ATV’s, UTV’s or automotive sources that would work for this model? Before I take all these items into every parts source I know, can someone save me some time and tell me this is possible or just a fools errand. This rig was a freebie and it works well but these items need replaced. Thanks for any help.

Re: CV joint match for Bad Boy Buggy
I have a 2012 BBB Classic that was manufactured after BBB was purchased by EZ-GO. It was built at EZ-GO's factory in Augusta in September of 2012. I have had success ordering parts for my cart from an EZ-GO dealer. Some parts my be compatible. I am about to go down this road of replacing A-arm bushings and ball joints myself next month. Haven't ordered parts yet.

Re: CV joint match for Bad Boy Buggy
Its pretty frustrating to find such a lack of parts for these rigs because they are awesome. My kids have a blast on it. I suppose i will be calling EZ-go soon because, even though my kiddo’s are safe with it, it may not be safe for them soon. Thanks for the input.

I am looking for the same parts. I'm pretty sure mine is a BBB Classic. The joints don't make noise but the boot is torn.

Re: CV joint match for Bad Boy Buggy
Hi I'm trying to rehab what I believe is a 2011 Bad Boy Buggy
Right now the front left cv joint is clicking on a left hand turn. Can you get me a part number and or the offending part. I'm assuming I will need the whole axle shaft and seals. Thanks in advance. |

Re: CV joint match for Bad Boy Buggy
Would this be the same CV axle for a 2013 XTO?
