Question Can't identify the maker of this cart?? Any info

I cannot find any relevant information on the type of cart it is!! really has me stumped any information would be greatly appreciated. I attached a photo
I cannot find any identification plate anywhere

Well, I can tell you it's not a electric yamaha, or any other sort of yamaha. I have no idea.

I'm 90% sure it is a golf course maintenance vehicle for moving a greens mower from green to green.

Never seen anything just like it.

A walk behind single reel greens mower moves by a "drum." The tailgate on the trailers used to move them around looks almost exactly like the rear of that contraption. Also, note how low it is to the ground. Specialty vehicle.

I have a John Deere like this one. You can haul 2 of these. Typically one set to cut the green very short and one at about 1/2 inch for the "collar" around the green.

I just noticed this is in the Electric Yamaha section.

I doubt the Electric Yamaha folks would know much about this thing.
