Default Sr48500 Install

For some reason my phone is not letting me search the forum. I am sure there is a thread already if someone could help me out with a link or tips I would greatly appreciate the help.

I am about to install the SR48500 and a high amp solenoid on my 1999 48v Power drive (non-regen) cart. I have already put a new HD switch and 2 gauge battery wires. Any pictures or wiring tips will help! Thank you in advance!

I am upgrading to a Heavy Duty Solenoid from the stock one on my 99 Club Car 48v Non-Regen cart. Does the yellow wire from the small terminals go to the Positive or Negative small terminal on the new Solenoid? Also, The new solenoid has the quick disconnects. How are you guys attaching the Red and White wires to the same terminal on the Heavy Duty Solenoid? Should I splice them together and connect? One side of the smaller terminals has the diode connected to both terminals. I have attached a picture of the old and new Solenoids to help out.

Check wiring info sticky Roady89. I believe I had to drill out one of my connectors to fit over the new lug, as they are bigger lugs.As far as the quick connects, I used a piggy back quick connect. I did not splice together. FYI, make sure bigger connectors are on the bottom and smaller ones on top for better connection. Your old one has the bigger ones on top. Is that one fried?

Old solenoid was still working. My controller went out on me so I'm upgrading to the Alltrax. Thank you for the info!

The Alltrax controller does not use the A2 connection like the old controller, just ignore and wire the cable straight motor A2 to FNR.

Since the FNR now only have black cables, it would be more helpful if You can write where the cables go to make sure they are not mis-wired.
