Default 6 seater rebuild

Attention CC experts:
Any ideas what it would take to upgrade everything on a ‘00 club car DS 6 seater. This would be for my church they have 3 of them that need some love. Any ideas what the toggle switch is in the first pic top left (red).Ultimately I would like to do away with everything mechanical. V glide,F/R switch, etc.

Sounds like a super fun, super expensive project for just one of them...not even for three.

David won't steer you wrong. You may not like the cost when all is said and done, but it'll be done right. Unlike some advice we may receive David's is worth every penny, in my opinion.
