The Curtis 1206HB controller has the field map for a stock TXT48 motor loaded, and that map may be detrimental to your Admiral MOT-B2 motor's health.

The map for your XCT you received was V4, so there may be other versions of the B2 map. A sepex motor's Speed/Torque curve is modified on the fly by varying the field amps vs armature amps ratio and some other factors.

I don't know for sure, but I don't believe different field maps can be loaded into the 1206HB by the end user.


If possible, post screenshots of the controller settings as well as a data log.
