Default 2000 EZGO TXT longer rear shocks needed?

I have a 2000 TXT with a 6" spindle lift. It currently has 3 1/2" stud extenders on the rear shocks and I need to replace the shocks.
I've purchased 3 sets of shocks to date and all of them have come with metric threads (10x1.25) and won't fit my 3/8-24 thread extenders.
I need to find shocks that are made in America that will except these extenders since I don't see anyone making metric extenders.
Current shocks on cart are MAECO 70324G01 (H2669A 1A) that are ~18" extended and 13" compressed.
What have y'all done to remedy this on your lifted carts? What shocks are you using? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I ordered a 6" drop axle lift and two sets of "101L0L" shocks for 1994+ TXTs (both off Amazon) and didn't have a problem fitting them the rear end. I'd post link but my post count isn't high enough yet!
