Default 36v TXT charger issue

36v Powerwise charger with new gen 2 relay board installed, Crown batteries that are only 11 months old, new charger receptacle, new 4g cables. Charger cuts on a it's supposed to, runs strong for about 20 minutes and cuts off. Quickly drops from @ 15-18 amps to around 6-8 in that time and cuts off around 8 amps. Tried another charger that works with its cart with the same result. Any ideas?

The PW 28115 charger shuts off when 45V +/- 1V is sensed by the control board.

The on-charge voltage also determines the output amps. Max amps (about 18A or so) until the on-charge voltage climbs to about 40V and then amps start to taper off to the neighborhood of about 8A or so.

The chargers (two of them) are acting like the batteries are charged, or the charging loop has some dirty connections or bad cables.

Ok, thank you Johnnie, I'll let it ride and see what it does after a drain cycle. I'll make sure the charging lines are clean and clear as well.
