Re: Club car ds
I have gone thru the testing procedures that I have found on line. I spoke to David Hicks yesterday and he told me that I had my wires reversed on the solenoid small posts. He said the small yellow should be on the negative side. And the small black/white and small red should be on the positive. He told me that when I did that I more than likely burned out the micro switch in the pedal box. I will put in a different micro switch today. It appears that the three connections on the micro switch only two get used. The top and bottom one.

Re: Club car ds
Final update. I ordered a new heavy duty F/R switch from Dave Hicks. Also I found a burned micro switch in the pedal box. Changed both and now all is well. Thanks for the in BGW.
