Bad Boy Ambush

Hello everyone. New to the site. Been reading a lot of posts on here so I thought I would set up an account and share any information I have. Didn't want to hijack someone else's post so I hope I'm posting in the correct spot.

I currently have a Bad Boy Buggy Ambush. I believe its either a 2013 or 2014. Has a date code of m1713 so not sure if its a 2013 or 2014 model. I'm having issues with the rear actuator not responding at all. Would like to get a service manual for it but want to make sure I get the correct one if the year makes a difference. Sounds like the issue may be resolved by having it reprogrammed.
