RXV front bushings

I need to replace the bushings on my 2014 rxv. I had a lot of trouble with the front bushings the last time. I ended up having to loosing the u bolts in order to get the hole lined up for the bushing. Is there an easier way to replace these?

Ubolts? Are you talking about the front suspension or the front of the rear suspension? Front of the rear I take both front and rear loose then just flex the front with a crowbar.
