2005 club car IQ 48v regent
is the pedal switch the same as the mcor switch?

Same thing..The micro switch is located inside the mcor...The mcor is located on the passenger side frame rail on your cart...

You can bypass the mcor microswitch by disconnecting the 2 pin connector from the mcor...Use a paper clip or piece of wire and insert it in the connector....What is the problem you are having...

cart won't move. changed solenoid but no clicks from solenoid, I get a small click from the m cor I took it off and used the rod to twist it and hear a slight click. I am getting battery pack voltage to pin #109,5. but no voltage to green #6. i will use the jumper wire to bypass the mcor/ thanks for your help Jumping those two wires togather. no change
Whats the best way to find out if controler is bad . its a curtis 1510 |

Does the reverse buzzer work....Put your meter on the 2 small terminals of the solenoid...Key on..in forward..Press the go pedal...Do you have pack voltage at the solenoid ...(might want to jack one rear wheel off the ground for safety....)

reverse buzzer works. Pack voltage on both small term. also on red lge terminal when i jumped the mcore wires they read pk voltage after jumped 0 before after pushing pedal, no change

If you have pack voltage at the 2 small terminals the solenoid should close...Check the solenoid again...What is the exact voltage at the small terminals...
