Default Batteries not charging on EZGO cart

Hi guys, long time member just ignorant about EZGO Carts.

My neighbor has a 48V EZGO with the 4X12V batteries. It's a remanufactured cart. It looks new but I'm pretty sure it's a rebuild with a Ser No 5435135
Model 638540G01
Date Code J0617
The batteries are Trojan 1275's with a build date of 08/20.
The charger is a Delta-q.

The problem. The charger kicks on and starts charging with a green light flashing on the charger.
After a couple minutes the charger will click, quit charging and flash a red light.

I know his batteries were run all of the way down. I don't know the before voltages but it was below 12V.
He was able to get the battery voltages up to about 12.0 volts by unplugging the charger and plugging it back it back in until the charger would quit charging then repeat the process.

Is there a problem that I should look for or do you guys think the batteries are too low and need to be individually charged?

It's not the batteries. You got a PowerWise QE that's failing. Do yourself a favor and toss it and get a real charger!

If batteries were too low to charge, the thing wouldn't even click on and flash green before clicking and going to fault mode. It would just go straight to red.
