You have an issue with the spider gears in the differential. When the main gear turns the carrier is spinning the gears facing front and back. Those are supposed to interlock with the ones over the axles. Your outer gears aren’t turning

Folks, disregard the video, I'm an absolute idiot... I forgot to put the ring clip back in on the hob, so axle wasn't pushed in all the way. I did however, put everything back together now and wheel turns while jacked up, but when I put any kind of pressure on the wheel, it's doesn't move anymore. I'm just stumped....

ok, hopefully I'm not an idiot this time. Everything put back together with diff open, I had the pedal pressed a little to see what's going on inside the diff. Here is a video showing what quits moving once I added pressure to the wheel. It really didn't take much pressure to stop the wheel moving. At the end when it starts spinning again is when I let off the wheel pressure with the pipe. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtsfV4r7NOo

I'll agree with RIB. It looks like the differential is doing exactly what you would expect a differential to do.

No. The passenger side wheel isn't even turning at all to start with.

Something is still broken though, just not sure what. On the ground, the cart won't move. It's just grinding in the axle, diff area.

Can you see the passenger side axle spinning where it goes into the spider gear in the rear end when you stop the driver side tire with the pipe. You should be able to see a little bit of the axle sticking in the spider gear in the middle of the rear end the axle should be spinning in the rear. Sounds like you might have a broken axle on the passenger side

Yes, on the inside of the gears the passenger side does turn. I'm going to pull that out and look at it then.

it looks like the rt side (passenger side is spinning) i see the spider gears working, seems like you should p it on the ground and she will go. the spider gears ll allow one side to sit still and the other side will go put the wheels to the ground and see what happens, she should work. its not a posi traction rearend
