Default EZGO Marathon 1988 OOPS

I broke my 36v ezgo marathon the other day. Had it working fine with three 12v batteries I had hooked up to test it. Went to swap to six 6v batteries and some how or another I hooked them up incorrectly at first and toasted a few wires. Melted positive to keyswitch, blue keyed wire to F/R micro, wire from F/R micro to the solenoid micro...

Fixed my mistake and hooked everything back up and now I'm not getting anything...any idea what I most likely toasted? I noticed my microswitch isn't really clicking anymore...so I connected positive connection straight to the solenoid microswitch but it didn't like that, got all bright and sparky on me.

How bad did I mess up? LoL

88/89 X cars were begininng the change over to DC controller drive systems. But there were still a lot of cars from that era that were resistor coil controlled drive systems.
1. ID the drive system.
2. Break out your DVOM.

Here's hoping your DC faux pas didn't take out any expensive stuff!

Good luck.

Looks like I've got a Solid state controller. I'll attach a pic. Guess I'll be going down the line, haha, keep ya posted.
