Default Navitas AC system on a series cart

Recently purchased a used cart, had brand new batteries but wouldn’t charge, brought it home and figured out it had 36v worth of batteries and a 48v controller, added 12 more volts and upgraded to 48v charger and plug, voila, happy carting, for a bit. Unfortunately I’m a speed freak, so I ordered the navitas AC drive not knowing it wasn’t compatible with my cart. I’m not knew to wiring or mechanical work, I’m air bagging this cart at same time as AC upgrade, I know somebody out there has done this and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for a build thread or parts list on what hard parts need to be changed out. Thanks in advance

Also need to buy a tow switch. About $150 in parts all together. Some YouTube videos outlining the harness

Not at all. Pretty much plug and play. Have to splice 4 wires at ITS, but it’s just color matching.

Check out my build/completion thread. https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/show...=178084&page=3
It's really a pretty easy swap/upgrade. If you have any questions, PM me.
