Upgraded motor and controller, something snapped

Hi all, I have a 2008 EZGO PDS cart. I just upgraded to the B2 motor and 500 amp controller all bought from cartsunlimited! Got everything installed and did a quick 1 minute test drive, heard a loud bang. Now the cart doesn't engage in forward or reverse. I hear the motor running but just a like grinding sound.

I pulled both rear tires, the castle nut on the drivers side spins but the hub does not. Neither spin on the passenger side. What part is needed? Not sure if its just a hub replacement on drivers side needed or if something is going on with both sides?

Definitely a hub on the drivers side. Try grabbing that side and see if the passenger side spins

I can manually spin the passengers side (hub and nut spin together).

If you hold the drivers side and spin the motor the passenger side should spin unless you broke an axle.
