Re: little sluggish
I have the same results as crash.... It's movin when you touch the pedal and then starts up soon thereafter. It revs high because it engages so soon but the upside is the low end power and climbing which is what i was lookin for..

Re: little sluggish
Yea, mine does the same thing, starts rolling as soon as the engine turns over but I know that is just from the smaller belt grabbing on the primary shaft. Maybe I just need to get the belt a little broke in. But the problem was there with the stock belt as well. A friend of mine has a lifted EZ GO just like mine and it don't do this. It seems that his engine gets more rpm before really pulling up a hill. If we both stop on the same hill, then try to start again, his revs higher then takes right off. Mine never gets any rpms, it just tries to go and sometimes it will just sit there and bog the engine. If I am already rolling with a little speed, it does fine. And once again... it is doing it with the stock and the shorter belt.

Re: little sluggish
You may have a weak or broken spring in your clutch then if the prob. is repeating reguardless of belts. Sounds like one of the clutches isnt traveling properly. Might want to consider removin'em to dissasemble and inspect.. Good Luck
