no motor responce
My 1992 ezgo cart ran fine, came to a stop and would not start, have power to motor, tested motor, between A1 and A2 plus S1 and S2 both had closed circuits. Tested to see if any of the four poles were grounded and they weren't. I have power coming out of the relay going it the motor. can't tell if I'm getting nutral to the motor? How do I test the speed control module? Or is there another part that might be out?
