04 TXT Clutch and belt replacement
How hard is it to replace a drive clutch on a 04 EZGO TXT?
How hard is it to change just the belt? |

Belt is EZ... Clutch is a different story. My guess from what I have seen is you need a puller or tool of some sort. It is on a tapered shaft so it is going to be snug to say the least.

May not have been clear; you can replace the belt without removing the clutch FYI.

You are right you need a tool and an impact and some luck...... also if it is in the cart you will need a floor jack and a jack stand.... as you need to move the clutch center above or below the frame to access it.
