Default What is this thing????

I picked up this 3-wheel cart from being crushed. But I've searched for days trying to figure out what brand and year it is.I thought Cushman but now leaning towards T-D.I see similar but cant find ANYTHING with the Golf Bag storage in front!! I want to bring it back but am stumped on WHAT it is!! Help guys!! It has NO ID plate and all I can find is the motors 1.5HP and it seems to be 36v(missing batteries). Thanks for ANY input!!

When I was a kid, back in the 50's a neighbor had something like that. A Cushman golf cart.
