1996 Cushman Truckster ZEV - Charging?

Hi all,

I just bought a Cushman Truckster ZEV and while I'm waiting for it to get here, I was hoping to find out more about charging this bad boy.

I'm a complete novice when it comes to this, so any and all information is gladly accepted.

Is this something I can do from home? I believe the charger has a crow foot plug, but not 100%. Someone mentioned Phase 3, but is that correct?

Or, is it possible to charge the batteries at a city wide EV charging station?

I'd love to receive any and all info, as it's been a little difficult to find tangible information through the normal Google searches.
