Hi Junior

I have a 97 G16, with a Plowman's clutch kit (yellow spring) and the speed spring. My top speed is between 26 - 28mph with 20" tires on the rear. One of these days I'd like to bypass the governor and see what she will do, but I had better wait as my son likes to ride it as much as I do.
