Keep in mind the motor uses up to 300 amps under acceleration and 75-100 amps while cruising.
To keep it simple convert the amperage to wattage 75-100 amps at 48v is 3600-4800 watts.
Lights, head and tail use about 100-140 watts.
You will almost never see the difference between lights on or off.
