Default Is This Serial # a 00 Series or TXT

Have a cart that I think is a 00 model and wanted to know if it is a series or TXT.

D100....1475486

Looking to purchase a nice lift kit too. Any suggestions for a size of kit, and size of tires? Type of lift kit, not brand would also be helpful.

Are they fairly simple to put on? Done allot of car work but not carts.

Thanks

Do you mean Series or DCS or PDS model ? which is the type of motor and speed control type for the cart. I thought txt was body type. anyway, it is a 2000 model year. is the FnR down under the passenger side seat ? and the FnR switch is by the knee ? if yes, its a Series motor.

Your cart is a 2000 TXT Series, 2000 TXT DCS, or a 2000 TXT PDS. 2000 was a changeover year.

The reason I was wondering about the year model is because I went to shopezgo.com and put in the serial # and it came back as a 2002 model cart.

FnR control is a lever under the right knee and the FnR switch is on the far right side under a black cover controled by a rod from the selector switch. Trying to help this guy with lift kit too however, want to make sure we get the correct kit.

Anyone heard the brand of lift kit.....RHOX? Never heard of it and he mentioned it so asking thought on this too.

Thank you

From this description the cart is a Series drivetrain. If the steering box is up under the front cowl, buy a lift for a '96-2001.5 TXT. If the steering box is mounted on the front axle, buy a lift for a 2001.5 or newer. As for the RHOX lift, never heard of it myself. All of the BGW sponsors can help you with a lift kit for that cart. Sponsors keep the lights on here.
