Rear suspension ??
I have a 1999 ezgo txt cart. I want to replace the rear leaf springs with a heavier spring. I have compared the cost of hd springs to a 4 leaf spring for a utility trailer. The trailer spring is 1/2 the cost but it is 1.5 in shorter, will it still work?? Thanks,i am new to the golf cart world so i need help!

Re: Rear suspension ??
you could maybe get them to fit but you would have a very stiff ride. the shackles will be at the wrong angle. how about just adding an extra leaf or two from a trailer?

Re: Rear suspension ??
I've put an extra spring on a few cars and no one has complained, they work for the rear seat set up without paying the big dollars. Good Luck. Joe
