It's a Z-Bracket lift kit on the front of it. Like the old DS lift kits. Other than that it all appears stock, frame-wise.

I thought it was Z-notched also, but looking closer at it, the frame rails do not drop down. They continue forward
Looks like a a frame extension to me. Did you find this online or in person? |

Yes a z-notch will extend your wheel base. Some only drop straight down and extend it 2 inches, like an "s- notch" but a "z-notch" pushes it even further like 4 inches.
