I need something that goes flat over the hole. I don't want to do anymore cutting.

The vent above would sit flush in the hole. The only thing is finding one the same size as your hole or you may have to trim a little more for one to fit. Should be able to use some clear silicone to hold it on.

Try a hardware store or any store that sells plumbing parts or parts for dryers washers they make those vents for houses also you should be able to get something in a store like that. I agree though dollar five for the part and $16 to ship it Nana I would keep looking...............................
