wish i could do that. My campground shuts the electric after oct 30th.
only in certain locations do they have power. And i can't be sure of the
charging schedules nor do i trust it.

With 3-4 feet of snow who is going to plow a path to the golf carts to charge.

I also make trips 100 miles every few weeks..... cause i'm going bugs with no projects. ( i use a propayne generator to play camper in the winter )

I have had to walk 1/2 mile in knee deep snow to get to our site in the past. I don't mind because there is a bottle of Cuervo in the bar that is chilled by the north woods themselves. No pain, no pain.

commercial electric rates have 2 charges
a demand rate...... they have the electric ready should you demand to use it

a usage rate .....actual electric use....
usually the demand rate is higher than actual usage. So when they shut off electric for the winter they eliminate the demand cost even though there would be no usage cost anyway...

i'm kind of disappointed . last year we had actually 3 feet of snow leading to my trailer. Which was impossible to walk to . So in my infinite wisdom ....at a flee market we bought 2 pairs of snow shoes .

now that i have my snow shoes; i am personally responsible for new york state having hardly any snow.
