Ok I hooked up the meter. I have 49.9 when I hit the pedal there is no drop in voltage

OK charger has been on maybe 2hrs. It is reading 61.2 right now and the charger meter is on 6 amps.

charger just turned off battery pack is sitting at 54 votes right now I will monitor it and watch it if it drops I hit the pedal and no voltage drop whatsoever car still will not move

Cart is now down to 50.8 just sitting not running. I'm gonna ck the controller I guess unless y'all have another test.

Series carts did not have a speed sensor

I apologize for not reading the whole thread - If the solenoid clicks and the controller output tests positive then there is a break in the high amperage delivery = cables or F&R switch.

I have done several test this morning on the controller and the pot box. Everything checked out OK except the m- test. I put an amp meter on the cable and it reads -1.4 and when I press the pedal it does not change at all. How do I begin to ck the f&r switch? I am gonna ohm all the main cables right now to make sure we are good there.

All large cables ohm out just fine. Now to test the f&r best way to test it?
