Is My Charger Working
Obtained an old EZ Go charger with the knob to control charging time. When I plugged it in (not connected to anything), and put a meter on the outlet, it shows 55 volts. This is a 36 volt charger. What is going on here. I am not a golf cart guru but this does not seem normal. Thank you for any assistance.
