Default RXV Battery Cable Size

What cable size is best for an RXV?

Bone Stock? Anything electrical upgraded? Tire size? Normal load?

6 gauge is stock, 4 ga is a nice upgrade for a stock cart, and 2 gauge is best for an upgraded electrical system or heavy loads.

If you are going to upgrade I would go to 2 gauge.

The 2five sub-model of the RXV had 4ga cable, all others had 6ga. even with the 350a upgrade controller, the 4ga cables should be fine IMHO.

OK, so I'm thinking 4ga seems like the way to go. Thanks

no real advantage over 6g on RXV's
RXV controller(stock) only pulls 250 amps MAX.

so stock 6g wires do not get overloaded and heat up causing power loss.

4g if you like but no technical reason to go there
