Default battery charger question

I am starting a revamp on my 1997 EZGO cart. Part of this is upgrading to 48 volts. I am looking a chargers and am curious is something like the deltaq onboard charger worth it. Is it a better charger or does it just add the convenience of having it onboard?

was looking at this one also

Default Re: battery charger question

Just about everyone here will say that if your shopping for a charger then shop no further than a 17 Amp DPI Accusense Charger as it is a true smart-charger and has a float mode which keeps your batteries in an elevated state of charge to keep them from sulfation. This in my book beats the rarely used idea of carrying your charger with you....
