Just pulled the M- cable off of the controller, and the main solenoid coil negative wire off so all high voltage wiring is out of the circuit. Had previously verified proper 2 gauge wire routing to the motor, and reversing contactor.
Fan still comes on immediately, and then the "Short circuit"red/green flashing. |

What is the fault code exactly? 1 green 1 red?
The only time I saw the fan come on instantly was when high amperage cables were not right? |

I'm not at all sure about what the problem is. Maybe you can post some pics of the installation and we can spot something? Take a look at this installation and see if your contactor & motor cables are landed are the same.
Precharge resistor in place? Diode polarity correct? |
