Can you manually make that ms and see if you get the 39.44 on the red wire?

Ok! Got it running after replacing wire to ignition switch as well as new microswitches. The motor seems to be getting Hot as well as the controller..You can not hold your hand on either one. Any Ideas? Thanks!
