Default Charger plug wiring

I got a powerwise charger with the ezgo D shaped plug and need to swap it over to an Anderson plug. The charger has 3 wires. A black negative, a white positive, and a small red wire that seems to go to the negative post. What would be the correct way to wire this to the Anderson? Would the small red wire and the black negative be combined? Also, I'm assuming the positive on the charger connects to the positive on the cart?
