Re: ez go pds very slow
Well your car still runs and you replaced the sensor magnet on the motor correct? The 2-4 beep says the solenoid has an issue and the symptom is it won't run. If you can change the solenoid and see

Turn ignition off, put R/T switch in tow. Switch R/T switch to run, turn key on, press gas pedal.
When you do this what happens? Solenoid click when you turn the key on? When you press the gas? |

Re: ez go pds very slow
hmm, well if the solenoid is activating just by going from forward to reverse, the micro switch under the floor next to the ITS may be stuck. I know it's a pain, but I would say get under the floor mat and check it out.

Re: ez go pds very slow
You can also check pedal switch operation by checking the voltage on J4-Pin1.
Ought to be about 0.0V with pedal up and battery pack voltage (~36V) when pedal is pressed. The attached schematic shows what pins have to have battery pack voltage 36V on them to get solenoid to click. |
