Default 2005 ezgo electric problem

2005 ezgo txt with new batteries and still has very little power. I see there are several things that could be problem but need some help on where to start checking. Some parts much more expensive than others so I don't want to just start replacing parts.

Here is a good place to start, AND a great place to buy replacement parts......dont fall for the cheapo parts on eBay or Amazon without researching them first! ScottyB at carts unlimited is a fantastic vendor here as are many more!

What drive system?
36 or 48 volt?

You say very little power, but what do you mean by that?
Is the cart new to you?
Slower than it was before, or is it operating normally and you just want more performance?
What speed are you currently getting?

Tell the guys here exactly what type of cart you have and if there are any modifications. It’s hard to tell from your post if you have something wrong with the cart, or you need upgrades.

Provide that info along with a voltage reading of your pack if you think something is wrong with it.

If your cart is operating normally for it’s current setup, and you just want more out of it, email Scotty at the link posted above and give him all of the current info on your cart. Then tell him what you want from it. # passengers, desired speed/hill climbing ability, terrain it’ll be used on, etc.
